FAQ

Common questions about AI automation.

Do we need to replace our existing systems first?

No. Most of this work connects the systems you already run rather than replacing them. The automation layer sits alongside your CRM, ERP or POS and reads and writes to them through their APIs — replacement only comes up when a system genuinely cannot expose its data.

How long before the first automation is live?

A single well-scoped workflow — lead response, no-show reminders, invoice capture — is typically running against real data within the first few weeks. Deeper work like AI embedded inside an ERP is scoped separately because it depends on the host system.

Is this just chatbots?

Conversational agents are one of five capabilities. The others cover pipeline automation, document and data intelligence, rule-based process automation, and AI embedded into your own product. Plenty of engagements involve no chatbot at all.

What happens when the automation gets something wrong?

Routine paths run unattended; anything outside them is escalated to a person with the full conversation or document context attached. The aim is to remove the repetitive volume, not to remove human judgement from the cases that need it.
